This service requirement is in in support of the AFNWC/NAIC/Engineering Section at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB). The Contractor shall provide on-site maintenance to include: preventative maintenance (PM), calibration, troubleshooting, repair, alignment, on-call telephone/email technical support, parts, testing and evaluation, software updates, training, and additional repairs, if needed, for the ICT 2500 system and associated subcomponents located in building 2113 at HAFB. The Contractor shall train government personnel in all required operation and maintenance IAW OEM manuals. The Contractor shall be responsible for restoring the ICT 2500 system and associated subcomponents to a fully functional state capable of quality imaging analysis. The Contractor shall provide the required services IAW applicable guidance/regulations and/or OEM manuals. The contractor shall comply with this PWS in its entirety.
