This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 325314 Fertilizer (Mixing Only) Manufacturing.

DESCRIPTION: A quotation is requested to provide Grow Media for the Coeur d'Alene Nursery at the Idaho Panhandle National Forest on an Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract. Grow Media must meet the requirements listed in attached solicitation.

The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price IDIQ contract, with a base year with performance between date of award through January 31, 2018 and four additional option years.

EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made to the quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, provides the best value to the Government based on the following factors:

1.Technical Capabilities
a.Contractor's product descriptions demonstrate conformity to the line item specifications in the solicitation.
b.Contractor's 2 cubic foot sample bag for Grow Media and Perlite meets solicitation specifications.
2.Price
