THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 36.213-2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICES. This Presolicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Presolicitation Notice does not commit the Government to a binding contract. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Presolicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Presolicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this Presolicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Project Description:
The Government plans to post the solicitation package and may make an award. A site visit is planned for this project between August 8th, 2016 and August 15th, 2016. The project is located at the Coeur d'Alene Nursery of the Idaho Panhandle National Forest, Kootenai County, Idaho. The project is located at 3600 Nursery Rd, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.
This project is for the Coeur d' Alene Nursery Seed Freezer Refrigeration Renovation. The work includes, but is not limited to low-voltage electrical power conductors and cables, grounding and bonding for electrical systems, raceways and boxes for electrical systems, panelboards, lighting, renovation of refrigeration system.

As stated above, funds are not currently available for this project and by placing a notice in Federal Business Opportunities; it does not commit the Government in making an award on this project. It is estimated the solicitation package will be available approximately on August 1, 2016 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. No hard copies will be mailed out. Please check the website for amendments issued on this project. The work is estimated to begin June 1, 2017 and completed by September 30, 2017 which is approximately 60 calendar days.
