The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure a 2,200 seat lifetime (plus annual maintenance) license from Identity Finder DLP on a sole source basis. Under the order, the licenses will allow NSF to search up to a total of 2,200 of their employees' data across desktops and file servers owned by NSF.

NSF requires a scanning tool that has an easy-to-use user interface; the ability to search PDF, Outlook PST, and Registry Files; has adequate capability to store and remediate search results.

The period of performance is the date of award through one year. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
