This is a single source posting notification. This is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Zoological Board (Zoo), an agency of the State of Minnesota, intends to enter into an agreement with IDEXX. The agreement provides laboratory equipment to the Zoo in exchange for a minimum annual purchase of reference laboratory supplies. The term of the agreement is two years with the option to extend for an additional four years. Because IDEXX is the only major reference laboratory with both a send out lab option as well as in-house capabilities that span the range of species in the Zoo collection, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
