This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies, Inc. is to provide the following items: eight (8) GD e850 iDirect Outdoor Modems. Market Research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies, Inc. because they are the sole supplier of this product.
