The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking Applications for Injection Drug Use Prevention (IDUP) services, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Grant agreement. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit an Application to develop and/or operate Injection Drug Use Prevention services. The Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS); Substance Abuse Services Section, intends to use the results of this process to award contracts for the IDUP funds for Prevention Services.
