SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code §2156.063, Solicitation of Bids, Texas Government Code §2165.001, Custodianship of State Property and the Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is seeking bids for three (3) Nilfisk Advance SC500 X20R floor scrubbers with the Ecoflex system to be delivered to Texas School for the Deaf, 1102 S. Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78704. STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to provide the following: Bidder to provide pricing for the following: • Three (3) Nilfisk Advance SC500 X20R Ecoflex A150 OBC PH Orbital Walk Behind Floor Scrubber with 140 Ah AGM batteries. Model #56383556. • All equipment must be new and include all product information. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted by TFC. • Brand or equipment substitutions of equal or better quality and function may be considered at the full and sole discretion of TFC. • For any proposed brand substitutions, respondent shall provide a manufacturers specification sheet and must be submitted for review as part of the Q & A period of the solicitation. Failure to obtain pre-approval of alternate brands will result in disqualification of submitted bid. • Factory Warranty on equipment for a period of two years or standard manufacturer warranty from the date of acceptance by TFC, whichever is longer.
