The Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Pharmacy is soliciting bids to conduct a fee analysis analyze the Board¿s fee structure to determine if fees are properly aligned and appropriate for recovery of the actual cost of conducting its programs. Another purpose of the analysis is to determine a cost basis to assess the services provided by the Board when a separate fee is not provided. The analysis should also review any levels of subsidies occurring within these groups. The Board has begun transitioning to a new computer system which will greatly impact the way that business is conducted and the process to provide service. This will need to be considered when conducting the fee analysis and establishing the recommended fees. In addition, it is important to include enforcement related costs in this analysis as this comprises a large portion of the Board¿s annual expenditures.
