The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for services related to the inspection and valuation of commercial, industrial, apartments, mixed use and exempt properties. This work will include fiscal years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 data collection of commercial, industrial, apartments, mixed use and exempt properties with open building permits and fiscal year 2024 revaluaton of all commercial, industrial, apartments, mixed use, and exempt properties.
