The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for services related to the inspection and valuation of residential and open space properties. This work will include fiscal years 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2025 data collection of residential properties with open building permits and fiscal year 2024 revaluation of all residential and open space properties.
