The Office of Exposition Park Management is soliciting bids to procure all labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, equipment, supplies, and parts to provide monthly elevator inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services to the California Exposition Park, as outlined in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. This solicitation shall also include services related to the annual conveyance inspection required by the Department of Industrial Relations and follow up services and repairs needed for compliance
