Any contract awarded shall commence as of January 18, 2023 – the expiration of the Town’s present tree pruning and cleanup contract, and shall be for a three (3)-year term. The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing

The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and to vote of the Natick Select Board.
