NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - The 325th Contracting Squardon intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase to International Fire Service Accredation Congress for IFSAC Certification Seals. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b) & FAR 6.302-1(a).  This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.  A determination by the Government to not complete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
