The only approved source for this item is Champion Aerospace LLC (CAGE 0AFL4, Part Number FHE256-10A). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 1,006 each, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 104 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
