RECOVERY Funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ("ARRA"). This notice is provided for informational purposes ONLY.  The General Service Administration (GSA) and Portfolio Management Division intends to award one task order for contractor support. The Portfolio Management Division is currently undergoing modernization project at the Mary E. Switzer Building in Washington Dc. The project is currently in Phase 2. The work includes the disturbance of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) that will be abated by a qualified asbestos and lead removal contractor. The estimated period of performance will be approximately 12 month period and (one) option, from the date of contract award.   These support service are in support of GSA stimulus projects in the National Capital Region. The government intends to issue a task order to continue IH Monitoring work for the Phase 2.This will be done under a existing IDIQ.   This is a notice for announcing the specific RECOVERY initiative.  This notice is provided for informational purposes ONLY.   Additional Info:
