This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement of providing these items may submit a written response by 20 August 2014, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation N68936-14-T-0249 and must clearly demonstrate the capability to respond to this requirement without detriment to the Government.
