NOTE:  THIS IS LIMITED TO GSA MOBIS CONTRACTORS ONLY.   The U.S. Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has established an International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) located in Roswell, NM.  The Academy has a dedicated campus facility with training rooms and space for instructors.  INL has a requirement for the provision of criminal justice academic instruction, legal and regulatory workshop facilitation, criminal policy program development and facilitation and overall program monitoring and evaluation.  The Request for Proposal seeks proposals ONLY from current General Services Administration (GSA) contract holders.  Only offerors whose GSA Federal Supply Schedule MOBIS contract term is in effect at the time of proposal submission and will extend through the period of performance of one year and two option years are eligible for award.   Interested GSA MOBIS contractors may request a full copy of the RFP by emaiing Mary Pat Hayes-Crow at [email protected].   The deadline for questions is 11 am ET, May 31, 2011 and the deadline for proposals is 11 am ET June 24, 2011.
