COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION   

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division  Keyport is soliciting for eleven (11) each 6" DEEP SHELF TRUCK (18"W X 30"L), eight (8) each 6" DEEP SHELF TRUCK (2'W X 3'L), ten (10) each 3'L X 2'W HD LIP CART, five (5) each 4'L X 2'W HD LIP CART, seven (7) each 3'L X 2'W HD FLUSH CART, five (5) each 4'L X 2'W HD FLUSH CART, five (5) each 3'L X 2'W PLATFORM TRUCK, five (5) each 4'L X 2'W PLATFORM TRUCK, three (3) each 3 SIDED SHELF TRUCKS, four (4) each 3 SIDED SHELF TRUCKS, forty (40) each 3 SHELF SERVICE CART, and one (1) each PORTABLE SKID LIFT. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9.       

The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N0025321Q0052 attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-97 are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 and has a size standard of 750 employees or less. Offerors shall provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA  98345-7610. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
