This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are not currently available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is unrestricted.

//AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE VEDNOR WHOSE QUOTE IS THE LOWEST PRICED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE QUOTE. INITIALLY, QUOTES SHALL BE RANKED ACCORDIGN TO PRICE (LOWEST TO HIGHES). THEN, QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED FOR TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. RATINGS WILL BE EITHER ACCEPTABLE (MEETS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS) OR UNACCEPTABLE (FAILS TO MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS). FOR A QUOTE TO BE ACCEPTABLE ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED MUST MEET EVERY SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS LISTED FOR EACH CLIN.
