The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Shelton Keller Group (SKG) to provide Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston Installation Management Command (IMCOM) all supervision/management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, labor and related services necessary for the disassembly, relocation, reconfiguration and reassembly of Knoll System Modular Office furniture in support of the HQ IMCOM Campus Reorganization Master Plan. In effect, this is a "Turnkey" relocation of administrative office functions within IMCOM. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers.
