The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for a lease of a new Immunoassay Analyzer, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The analyzer will be located at Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI), 301 Troy Drive, Madison, WI 53704. The analyzer will be used for immunoassay testing. The current immunoassay menu consists of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) – 1211 patient tests performed in 2019, Free T4 (FT4) – 1002 patient tests performed in 2019, Vitamin B12 (B12) – 269 patient tests performed in 2019, Folate (FOL) – 268 patient tests performed in 2019, Syphilis – 533 patient tests performed in 2019, Vitamin D 25OH – 226 tests performed in 2018, Troponin I – 70 tests performed in 2018. Both vitamin D 25OH and Troponin I are currently sent to a reference lab. Due to COVID19 email will be a quicker response then the phone number.
