The contractor shall support the SAIL system with investigation of problems reports, planning for maintenance of application software, database, server, and network environment (including connectivity), logistics coordination, and support of initial effort to convert L-3 Interstate Electronics Corporation to SAIL, Maintenance of the SWSNET environment and minor COTS refreshes as needed for SP23 and SAIL users.

 

Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) Pittsfield, MA.  GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the United States and United Kingdom TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability  to perform the required effort.
