This is a sole source requirement for the Improved Altitude Hold and Hover Stabilization (IAHHS) modification in support of the HH-60 Helicopter.  This effort includes the following:
0001:   Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) (1 LO) - Delivery: 4 months ARO;
0002:   Trial Installation Kit (1 EA) - Delivery: 5 months ARO;
0003:   Contractor Flight Test Support (1 LO) - Delivery: 5 months ARO;
0004:   Kit Proof Kit - Group A (1 EA) - Delivery: 2 months after successful flight tests;
0005:   Kit Proof Kit - Group B (1 EA) - Delivery: 2 months after successful flight tests;
0006:   Kit Proof Kit Installation - Group B (1 LO) - Delivery: 2 months after successful flight tests;
0007:   Data (1 LO) - Delivery: IAW DD Form 1423;
0008:   Interim Contractor Support (ICS) (1 LO) - Delivery: As required;
0009:   Travel and Per Diem (1 LO) - Delivery: As required;
0010:   Developmental Engineering Model Group B Kits (2 EA) - Delivery: 6 months after successful flight tests;
0011:   Production Kits - Group A (98 EA) - Delivery: (A rate of 6 ea per month) 6 months after successful flight tests;
0012:   Production Kits - Group B (98 EA) - Delivery: (A rate of 6 ea per month) 6 months after successful flight tests;
0013:   Simulator Kits - Group B (2 EA) - Delivery: 6 months after successful flight tests;
0014:   Initial Spares - Group B (10 EA) - Delivery: 6 months after successful flight tests;
Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0CDN3, DRS Intelligence Avionic Solution Inc., 4391 Dayton-Xenia Road, Dayton, OH  45432-1803.  Authority:  10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  A complete data package is not available to the government.
