This project entails the maintenance of traffic; erosion sediment control; demolition of existing concrete wall; excavation & backfill; hauling ad stockpiling of materials; saw cutting bituminous concrete; placement of HMA bituminous concrete; installation of concrete retaining wall including reinforcing; topsoil and turf establishment and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Matonak & Associates and the City of Hagerstown, MD. Pre-bid meeting will be held on-site in the Alley adjacent Jamison Door, 55 J V Jamison Drive, with proper social distancing.
