SOURCES SOUGHT MASTER THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Benning, Georgia, is conducting market research to determine availability of firms that are capable of providing an Improvised Explosive Threat Training Integration Program (IETTIP). This special notice is for planning and informational purposes only and SHALL NOT be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal. There is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this Sources Sought. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. Your responses to this sources sought will be treated as information only. The results of the market research will be used to determine the best overall acquisition strategy.
The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested companies that are capable of providing the required services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
1. Description of services: The Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Directorate of Training Doctrine (DOTD) located on Fort Benning Georgia has a requirement to provide services to support the development of C-IED Simulations, doctrine and training methodologies as stated in the PWS.
2. The estimated period of performance is: 31 Aug 2018 - 30 Aug 2019 with 2 Option-Years.
