The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is an ALL or NONE requirement. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted.
