This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9007 as an RFQ. 

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. 

3) CLIN 0001 - Lodging - Shall consist of eight (8) double rooms (2 persons each) from 29 June to 13 July 2025 as well as one (1) single room (1 person) from 30 June to 13 July 2025. Hotel location shall not exceed a 10 mile radius from 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Lodging rates Shall not exceed local per diem rates. 

4) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully.

6) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
