The purpose of this an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is to handle and process the incoming and outgoing diplomatic pouch mail bags from Muscat International Airport Oman to the U.S. Embassy Muscat, Jameat A’Duwal Al Arabia St. Block No. 32, Muscat, Oman and from U.S. Embassy Muscat, Jameat A’Duwal Al Arabia St. Block No. 32, Muscat, Oman to the Muscat International Airport Oman.

Inbound Diplomatic Classified & Unclassified Pouch Mail Services from February 1,2021 to Jan 31,2022
Custom Clearance, documentation & processing and delivery charges from Muscat International Airport to the US Embassy as per scope of work provided.

The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four (4) one-year options.
