The purpose of this Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity / unit firm fixed price contract is to provide delivery/collection services for inbound and outbound diplomatic pouch bulk mail. The fees/rates incurred may include airfreight, customs clearance, documentation, processing of all related paperwork, transportation, furnishing labor, overhead profit and insurance as required.
