SCOPE OF WORK
To develop the study "Incidence, etiology, and severity of travelers' diarrhea among students at a Spanish language school in Cuzco, Peru" by:
To monitor the study site and managing an onsite health clinic to treat diarrheal cases, administer questionnaires, and perform the initial processing and storage of samples.
To support the study participant's enrollment into the study to include providing instructional material, training, and administering the consent to participate within the study.
To perform the routine microbiological work-up of stool samples to include routine culture and antimicrobial susceptibilities of pathological organisms and parasitological work-up.
Be responsible for their own insurance, taxes, social security as the contractor is not an employee of the US Government or NAMRU-6.
