NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Xcorps Solutions for Indonesian language refresher instruction in accordance with the SOW. This NOTICE OF INTENT is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) or quotations. No solicitation document exists. The award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought. This should include technical data sufficient enough to determine a comparable service. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements. The Government will consider all EOIs received, prior to five (5) days after the date of this publication, before 2359 EST on that date. A determination by the Government not to compete this based on reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. EOIs will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation. EOIs sent via the US Postal Service will NOT be accepted as the course must go 3-26 April with the Proposed curriculum submitted NLT 28 March. Submitters bear the burden of ensuring that the EOI arrives to the designated Contracting Officer on time.
