Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions posed by interested parties.

Question 1: If a company has a product similar to the requested Lifecast manikin but it has slight variations, can the offeror provide a document that shows in table format desired capability compared to the offeror's simulator?

Answer 1: Yes, the offeror can provide additional documentation to their submission.

Question 2: Will the government provide the name or access to the reference from which the requirements or training objectives were derived?

Answer 2: That information has been provided in the RFQ.

Question 3: What is an acceptable deviation from the implied infant age of ‘3 Year Old' ?

Answer 3: Only a very slight deviation is allowed for a standard 3-year old. Please see the acceptable deviation in answer #6.

Question 4: Does the government desire various ethnic skin tones if available?

Answer 4: No.

Question 5: Is there any consideration given for a Small Women Owned Business or certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business?

Answer 5: This requirement is set aside for small businesses. There are no additional considerations.

Question 6: Is there an acceptable + or - deviation from the referenced standard for infant weight and length?

Answer 6: A +/- 10% deviation is acceptable from the specified weight and length of the manikins.
