Requesting Sources Sought

The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB TX, is seeking information on an Infant Warmer that is designed to help provide a warm table for performing procedures on pediatric patients and shall include:

Panda 3400 Standard Bed and Heater, with non-rotating metal/plastic standard drawer configuration 120V or equal(1 Ea)
Instrument Shelf 12" x 12", Center Mounted (1Ea)
Service Manual and Operation & Maintenance Manual for equipment (2 Ea)

All information received will be treated as public knowledge; therefore, vendors should not submit proprietary information in response to this Sources Sought. Specific information sought includes:
1. Company information, including name, address, and web address.
2. Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor.
3. A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contact's phone number and e-mail address.
4. Product name and a brief description (75 words or less).
5. Technical data regarding available products to include: specifications, performance data, associated drawings when available, energy storage options, etc.
6. Business Size Standard:  Small or Large Business.
