DESCRIPTION: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 97006 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20100908. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 523.212-01, 52.212-03, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.219-28, 52.222-50, 52.223-16, 252.204-7004, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010 and 5352.201-9101. The NAIC Code is 334119. This requirement is for various items, including brand name HP Servers and Components. This is a Brand Name requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c). Prices shall be provided for the items listed on the Bill of Materials attachment. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
