MCC requires a Contractor to provide technical support in:
(i) MCC's Compact implementation oversight and evaluation responsibilities in Niger; and
(ii) MCC's assessment of a potential Regional Integration Compact associated with the Cotonou - Niamey Corridor, and, should the Compact be approved, optional support services during start-up and implementation.
The Contractor will serve as technical advisor to MCC for the overall implementation oversight and regional integration compact development activities, including SEAs, EIAs, ESMPs, HIV/AIDS awareness plans and resettlement action plans (RAPs).
The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in accordance FAR Parts 12 & 15.
