The work of this single bid project includes, but is not limited to the following: Site utilities work shall include: Replacement of underground utilities and structures including domestic water, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, electrical, and communications; connection of utilities inside and outside of buildings; removal of hazardous materials including exterior underground piping and building waterproofing, as indicated on drawings. Landscaping work shall include: Site regrading, sidewalk installations, asphalt paving, site furnishings, landscaping, trees, plantings and site lighting. Electrical work shall include: Decorative site lighting, underground conduit and cable installation and misc. power as shown on the drawings. Plans will be available after November 17, 2021 through Syracuse Blueprint (315-476-4084 or https://www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com/ ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 30, 2021 with all Contractors assembled at 10:00 a.m. in the SUCF trailer at the Facilities Commissary Building, 382 Holley Street, Brockport, NY, 14420. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
