The Naval Research Lab has a requirement for research and testing in support of NRL's analysis of infrastructure vulnerabilities. The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government. This requirement is also a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541990. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Please review the attached solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective offeor must be registered in System For Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7, under the appropriate business category and NAICS code.
