• The front end amplifier shall be a CPA amplifier based on Ti:Sapphire incorporating a stretcher optimized for a pulse width of 0.5ps to 1.5ps
• Its DPSSQ-switch pump laser shall be integrated in the Regen enclosure.
• A Regenerative z-type cavity thermally stabilized with a slab rod design using water cooling
• A High Contrast Pulse Slicer stage using large aperture Pockels cells with Faraday cages around them
• The 0.5 ps to 1.5 ps compressor that matches the stretcher inside the Regen enclosure shall be in a separate external enclosure
