This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155710RC156FS-Installation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $14M.

The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation:

CLIN 0001 - Install QTY 4 Wall Mounted Backboards in the Coral Reef Fitness Center

Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Installation of Wall Mounted Backboards at the Coral Reef Fitness Center, Andersen Air Force base, Guam.

A site visit will be held on 21 September 2010 at 0930 hours at the Coral Reef Fitness Center reception area. Interested parties are requested to meet at Pass & ID by 0900 hours to be escorted to the facility.

Proposals should include the number of days required to perform the service.

Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
