The 99th Regional Support (RSC) a requirement to install dumpster enclosures for Pendel-Caminiti USARC (PA027), Franklin USARC (PA035), Crawford County Memorial USARC (PA062), and Fairview USARC (PA209). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items  necessary to provide installing of dumpster enclosures in accordance with this Specifications of Work (SOW) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all federal, state and local regulations.

This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard $8M. 

This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote.  The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 January 2020. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation.  The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation.  Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO.  All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/  in order to transact business with the Government.  Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.  For further information, please contact MAJ Kimiko Hart, Contract Specialist at [email protected].

Interested businesses should prepare a statement of capabilities to include the following:

1.            Organization's name, address, e-mail, telephone and website address.

2.            Provide a listing of three (3) most recent relevant projects your firm has performed. Include contract number, location, dollar value, period of performance, scope of work and point of contact.

3.            Does your company have the cash flow or resources available to manage a large contract if the Government pays on a monthly basis? Based on the projected workload, how long would the firm be able to sustain payroll should a delay in payment occur?

4.            If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to immediately perform that portion of the requirement upon Task Order award.

5. Your firms Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.

6. System for Award Management (SAM) registered NAICS codes.
