The Scope of work is as follows: The contractor shall provide the materials, and labor to install operable folding partitions between Rooms 153 and 155 and also between Rooms 152 and 154. The work will include the partial demolition of the existing walls (approx.. 12'-0" x 9'-0") that separate Rooms 153/155 and Rooms 152/154 and the construction of an alcove to house the operable partition panels when not in use, the box out of the new partition header and columns. New columns and beams to support the proposed operable partitions is required. Include all associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and architectural to make this a complete and usable facility. The relocation of two interior doors with frames and hardware is required.
