Work includes installation of a 138 kV to 12.47 kV substation transformer, as well as delivery of the equipment to the work site free on board Winnetka, startup and commissioning services, training services, and coordination with the manufacturer of Village-furnished transformer, as more fully described in the enclosed Contract for the Supply of a 138 kV to 12.47 kV Substation Transformer.
