This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposals, nor does it restrict the government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources to provide three (3) 6800 Series Instron EM test frames, three (3) environmental chambers, three (3) AVE 2 video extensometers, and a package of additional accessories. This includes installation of TRIOS software and DSL Router with 4-Port Switch.

All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.
