The Government will be conducting On-on-One Sessions for those Industry partners who met the entrance criteria for the HW LRIP/FRP Requirement.  These one-on-one meetings will be an opportunity for industry to provide questions and comments concerning the HW LRIP/FRP requirement and an opportunity for the vendor to receive responses to the follow-on clarification questions submitted from the draft RFP.                         

     You are reminded that, IAW FAR 15.201(f), questions and answers provided during one-on-one sessions will be published in Beta.sam.gov.  However, information disclosed during one-on-ones that reveal the industry partners’ confidential business strategy or proprietary information will not be released and is protected under FAR 3.104.

     If you met the HW LRIP/FRP Entrance Criteria and are interested in participating in the One-on-One Sessions, we request that you respond to this notice no later than 03 August 2020.  We anticipate that the one-on-one sessions will be conducted via WebEx.  We request that you limit your attendance to  a maximum of five (5) individuals from your company and/or your subcontractors.   If you would like to request a One-on-One Session, please submit your request to Mr. George Brown, Army Contracting Command – Redstone, at [email protected] by 03 August 2020.   Your request should include the following:
