OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to BSCS Science Learning to implement a statewide project on the integration of elementary science with elementary English language arts (ELA) and elementary mathematics. To complete this task, the proposed Contractor will design and coordinate a professional development program serving five elementary schools (“pilot schools”) and deliver the professional development program to approximately 90 educators and up to ten site leaders.
