The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission (SJRRC) has issued this request for proposal to solicit qualified proposers for Integrated Timekeeping (Time and Attendance), Payroll Processing and Human Resources Management Systems. The services solicited in this RFP should address the stated goals for the outsourced services and include the areas of service listed in Section 5 Scope of Work. Each area should be quoted as a separate component unless included in another area of service for the total proposed price. Contractor shall be required to provide labor, supervision, software, hardware, and equipment to perform payroll processing services for SJRRC. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Federal and State requirements and laws in providing services. Contractor shall be responsible for their staff, workers, and or laborers performing in a professional manner.
