The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price pu8rchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.  This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Vound Colorado Ltd.  The award will be for Intella Team Annual Maintenance and Intella Viewer Annual Maintenance.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210, Software Publishers.  The proposed award is for services and charges for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Vound Colorado Ltd.  In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.  A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file.  All responses to this notice shall be submitted electornically to [email protected] no later than July 15 at 3:00 pm.  Late submissions will not be accepted.
