West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Proposers”) for a pilot run automated package distribution system in Dadisman Hall, comprised of intelligent lockers with automated administrative functions and remote user interface notification system via email and text alerts.
