1. This Solicitation is 100% Small Business Indian Firm (SBIF) set-aside. Small Business Indian Firm (SBIF) means an IF that is also a small business concern established in accordance with the criteria and size standards of 13 CFR Part 121. The Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47) provides the authority to set-aside procurement contracts for Indian-owned and controlled businesses. Offerors that do not fall into this category will not be considered for award.

2. The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) has a requirement to procure IntelliVue X3 Patient Monitor System for the health care center.

g. 16 Each, Mfr Part# NUM, Numbers Document Set
h. 1 Each, Mfr Part# 890539, Clinical Configuration & Implementation Services (CMS)
I. 1 Each, Mfr Part# A01, 1 Standard Shift

4. Contractor shall go to the PIMC and configure and implement the IntelliVue X3 Patient Monitor System.

6. The RFQ due date is close of business 12:00 pm Phoenix, Arizona Time on August 16, 2016. Late proposals will not be accepted.
